I decided to try something different and offer journaling prompts to get you started in 2025. Journaling can be beneficial for mental well-being. Writing helps you navigate difficult emotions, lessen stress, and foster self-reflection. Through consistent journaling, you can gain insight into your emotions, recognize recurring thought patterns, and contemplate personal development. It also serves as a release valve for suppressed feelings, preventing them from escalating or manifesting in negative behaviors. I was reluctant to try this activity at first, but found it really does help for you to understand emotions and more about yourself. Check out my 31 January prompts below (with a free printable).
