The other day, while tidying up my purse, I thought it would be a fun idea to take part in the popular trend of showcasing what items are inside my bag. Despite the fact that the contents might not be the most exciting, they are essentials that I always carry with me. Let’s take a peek!
- Checkbook- yeah, I’m that old. I have the thought that I’ll never know when I need it (hardly ever).
- Polarized sunglasses from Walmart (these are a similar style). I love the tortoise shell color with a touch of retro style.
- Bobby pins– for those annoying fly-aways. You never know when you’ll need them!
- A sweet note my husband wrote me years ago. ❤️ I like having little things like these to make me smile whenever I need it.
- Pilot G2 pen. I got spoiled at my workplace with these smooth writing pens. They have come in handy so many times.
- Orbit sweet mint gum– This is my favorite flavor! It has a refreshing blend of mint and sweet wintergreen to invigorate your taste buds.
- Suede hobo crossover- (here is a similar one from Nordstrom). I hate having to worry about my bag falling off while going about my day. This crossover leaves me hands-free with the security of being close to my body.
- Kate Spade wallet– This wallet is big enough for everything I need and is a perfect shade of emerald green.
- I love this cell phone case from Etsy! The birds of paradise theme is gorgeous, and I know I won’t see anyone else with it.
- Car fob- no keychain, yet.
- Nivea lip balm– This stuff leaves my lips feeling buttery smooth. I also love that it is SPF15.
I always make sure my bag is filled with all the necessary items to keep me prepared and structured. Unexpected things may happen in life, but with my reliable bag by my side, I am equipped for any situation. What are the vital items in your bag that you cannot do without?
